Meet The Team
Crossmen Home Inspections was born out of a need to provide vital services to property management companies, realtors, and investors, serving as their critical eyes and ears in the field. During the past three years we have developed and grown the services we provide our customers, expanding to home inspection and obtaining certification through InterNACHI, a nationally recognized leader in the field of home inspections.
Jace Caulder joined our team two years ago as a United States Air Force and Gulf War veteran. Jace has brought the dedication to service and attention to detail he developed during his Air Force career to our business. The interpersonal skills and leadership he developed in the Air Force has been a huge asset at Crossmen as he has developed relationships with clients, giving them peace of mind about their decision to trust Crossmen Home Inspections with their investments.
A native of Jacksonville, Joshua Gillispie is the founder and owner of Crossmen Home Inspections. In true entrepreneurial fashion, Joshua built the business from the ground up. He saw an unfilled need in the real estate industry and began offering solutions to property managers and commercial real estate owners to fill this void. Initially, working alone, Joshua’s early and rapid success lead to growth in the scope of services offered and also resulted in Joshua adding other like-minded professionals to the team to meet the growing demand.
Utilizing skills developed from many years of management and leadership experience across a number of industries, Joshua creates solid relationships with customers, team members, and many others throughout the local community through his unrelenting belief in the values of integrity, excellence, and dependability. It is through these values, that Joshua and Crossmen Home Inspections remain laser focused on the customers’ needs and being a trusted partner in protecting the customers’ assets.
